Automate Instagram posting from your own browser
You know the routine. Open Instagram, press create, pick the image, paste the caption, check it, share. Ten small steps that interrupt whatever you were doing, and they come back every single day.

Teach it once
There are two ways, and both are yours.
Say it. Write the task the way you would tell a person. Post the next image from my folder with its caption every weekday morning.
Or show it. Press "Show me on the page" and post once while it watches. It follows what you do and asks about anything it is not sure of.
What happens on a run
It opens instagram.com in its own tab, so nothing you are doing is disturbed. It reads the page the way you would, presses create, fills in the image and the caption, and checks that each step actually worked instead of assuming.
Then it does whatever you decided in advance. Either it stops just before Share and waits for your click, so every post still passes your eyes. Or it finishes on its own, inside the limits you set.
If Instagram moves a button or renames it tomorrow, it is not lost. It reads the page again on every run, finds what it needs, and carries on. That is the difference between this and a recorded macro, which breaks the moment the page changes.

Why this is safer than a posting bot
It posts from the account you are already signed into, at the pace a person works. Your password never leaves your browser, because it never needs it.
You choose how far it goes. Most people start with review mode, where it prepares the post and waits for Share. You can also give it a spending cap, a time budget, and a written list of things it must never do.
Nothing runs that you did not set up, and you can stop any automation at any time.
Honest limits
It runs in your browser. If your browser is closed, nothing posts.
It works through Instagram's own website, pressing the same buttons you would. Whatever Instagram lets you do by hand is the boundary of what it can do for you.

Will Instagram block me?

What if Instagram changes its page?
It does not replay a recording. It reads the page fresh on every run and finds the button where it is today.
Does it post while my computer is off?
No. It runs in your own browser, so the browser has to be open. That is also why it never needs your passwords.
