You have typed this form for the last time

Timesheets, weekly status forms, expense claims, the supplier portal that forgets you between visits. The fields never change and neither do your answers, yet every week you type them again, because the form belongs to a site autofill does not understand.

Runs when you ask Your click makes the final move You choose the page and the limits

Refill the form you always fill is a ready-made automation for the Automate Chrome extension. Install it, point it at your own page, and it does the work in your own browser, signed in as you, inside limits you set.

What this automation does

You open the form and set it as the automation's page.

You write your standing answers into the rulebook, once.

On demand or on your schedule, it opens the form in its own tab and fills it from your answers.

It checks each field took the value it typed, instead of assuming.

It stops before submitting and waits for your click.

This ready-made automation holds your answers, written once in plain words. On each run it opens the form, fills every field from your details, checks the result the way you would, and stops before submitting so you can glance and click.

Make it yours

It arrives paused, so nothing runs until you have set it up. Three things to check before the first run:

Set the page: the form or portal you keep coming back to.

Write your answers: every field the form asks for, answered once in the rulebook.

Note what varies: for a field that changes each time, tell it the rule, like this week's dates, and it works the rest out from the page.

Then run a rehearsal: a dry run with no real actions, so you watch what it would do before you arm it.

The honest limits

It runs in your browser. If the browser is closed, nothing runs. It works through the site's own pages, pressing the same buttons you would, so whatever the site lets you do by hand is the boundary of what it can do for you. The step where it works out what to do next uses your LetBe.Ai account, and a free account is all you need to start.

Questions people ask

How is this different from browser autofill?

Autofill guesses at name and address boxes. This follows your written answers for the whole form, including the dropdowns and the odd questions, and checks the result before you submit.

Will it submit on its own?

Not unless you change its level yourself. It arrives set to stop before submitting.

What about fields that change every time?

Give it the rule instead of the value, in plain words. For anything your rules do not cover, it leaves the field and asks you.

Is my data stored somewhere?

Your answers live inside the automation on your own machine. Working out the next step uses your LetBe.Ai account and sends only the page it is looking at.
